Born February 7, 1977 in Zolakar village of Gegharkunik province.
1997 - Graduated from the Joint Command Faculty of Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. Lawyer. Reserve Army Senior Lieutenant.

1997-1999 - Served in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

1999 - 2002 - Company Commander in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

2002 - 2021- Head of Zolakar Community, Gegharkunik province of the Republic of Armenia.

December 8, 2022 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

Married with three children.
