Article 1. From Paragraph 9.1 of Part 1 of Article 8, from Paragraph 9.1 of Part 2 of Article 9, from Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 3 of Article 135, and from Parts 1, 2, 3 of Article 146 of the Constitutional Law of December 16, 2016 LA-9-N “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” shall be removed the word “vacant.”

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the day following its official publication.
