Article 1. Paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Article 6 of the Law "On Guarantees of the Activities of a Deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia" of December 16, 2016 LA-20-N shall be stated with the following content:

"1) A written request or a written proposal of a Deputy shall be considered and responded to in written form within ten days. In exceptional cases, when additional work is required for the provision of the information specified in the written request or for the consideration of the proposal, then that information shall be provided to the Deputy within thirty days after receiving the application, and within ten days after receiving the request or the proposal with a written notification to the Deputy about the reasons for the delay; ".

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication.
